Harvested in Geumsan after a full six-year cycle, then steamed and dried the traditional way. It takes that long for the ginsenosides that firm skin to concentrate.
Ganghwa mugwort
Grown in the sea air of Ganghwa Island and slow-simmered rather than extracted with solvents, which keeps its soothing compounds intact.
Fermented rice water
The same ssal-tteumul that Korean women have rinsed their skin with for centuries, fermented for 30 days into a broth of amino acids and niacinamide.

Are the formulas suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Every formula is fragrance-free, essential-oil-free and dermatologist tested under patch conditions. The Mugwort Calming Lotion was designed specifically for reactive skin.
In what order should I use the products?
Essence, ampoule, serum, lotion, then cream — thinnest to richest. You do not need all five to start; the essence and cream alone are a complete routine.
Do you test on animals?
Never. Hanmua is cruelty-free and every formula in the collection is vegan.
What is your returns policy?
Thirty days from delivery, opened or unopened. Skincare needs to be tried to be judged, so we take back products you have used.
Are duties and taxes included?
