This policy explains what we collect when you visit hanmua.com, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

When you browse the store we record anonymous usage data: the pages you view, the products you open, what you add to or remove from your cart, and which checkout steps you reach. This is tied to a random identifier stored in a cookie, not to your name.

If you enter details at checkout or subscribe to our list, we store the email address, name and shipping address you give us so we can fulfil and support the order.

Advertising

With your consent we share conversion events with Meta so we can measure which advertisements bring customers to the store. Email addresses shared this way are irreversibly hashed before they leave our servers. You can withdraw consent at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.

Retention and your rights

Usage data is kept for 24 months. You may request a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to care@hanmua.com. We answer within 30 days.

Cookies

We set a small number of first-party cookies to remember your cart, language, currency and cookie choice. Advertising cookies are only set after you accept them.
