Orders

An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example when an item has sold out between your checkout and our warehouse confirming stock — and in that case no payment is taken.

Pricing

Prices are set in US dollars and converted for display in your local currency at a fixed reference rate. The amount your bank charges may differ slightly. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch.

Products

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no formula is intended to diagnose or treat a condition. Patch test before first use.

Liability

We are responsible for the products we sell. We are not responsible for indirect losses, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under your local consumer law.
