Where we ship

We dispatch worldwide from our warehouse in Seoul to 78 countries.

Timing

Orders placed before 14:00 KST leave the same working day. Tracked delivery then takes 4–8 business days to North America, Europe, the Gulf states and East Asia, and 7–14 business days elsewhere.

Cost

Flat tracked shipping is charged at checkout and becomes free above the threshold shown in your cart. Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout for most destinations so there is nothing to pay on arrival.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel is scanned. If it has not moved in five days, write to care@hanmua.com and we will chase it or resend.
