Returns

Thirty days, opened or not

Skincare has to be tried to be judged, so we accept returns on used products for 30 days from delivery.

How to return

Email care@hanmua.com with your order number. We reply with a prepaid label within one business day. Repack the product — the original box is helpful but not required.

Refunds

We refund to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel arriving with us, including the original shipping charge.

Damaged on arrival

Send a photograph and we will ship a replacement immediately, with no need to return the damaged item.
